These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gnardcore.com and your purchase of products from Gnardcore.
Gnardcore is a trade name operated by Patrick Shawcroft as a sole proprietorship in Alabama, United States. Throughout these Terms, “Gnardcore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Patrick Shawcroft doing business as Gnardcore.
By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
ONLINE STORE
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the store.
You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful purpose or violate applicable laws while using the store.
PRODUCTS
Many Gnardcore products are produced through print-on-demand fulfillment partners after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing accurately. Screen settings, production processes, garment variations, and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences in color, placement, or appearance.
Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders when reasonably necessary.
ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders affected by suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inaccurate information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.
Gnardcore is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method submitted with your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Print-on-demand products may be produced by different fulfillment facilities and may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS

Because most products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or changes of mind.
This does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content, including Gnardcore names, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Gnardcore and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, exploit, or use our content commercially without prior written permission.
USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit, tag, or provide photographs, videos, reviews, comments, or other material, you retain ownership of your content.
We will not use customer-created photographs or videos in paid advertising without permission.
When you give us permission to repost or feature content, you grant Gnardcore a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and share that content for the agreed purpose.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you submit and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not:
- Use the store for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the store’s security or operation
- Introduce malicious code

MOUNTAIN BIKING AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Mountain biking and related activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death.
Gnardcore apparel and accessories are not protective equipment unless a product listing expressly states otherwise.
Brand content, rider footage, or community posts are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes. They are not professional riding instruction and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a trail, feature, maneuver, or activity is safe or appropriate for you.
Always ride within your abilities, inspect your equipment and terrain, wear appropriate protective equipment, and follow local rules.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gnardcore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, products, or services.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Gnardcore’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Gnardcore harmless from third-party claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
